1. Introduction Welcome to Vibrant UX ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website design services ("Services"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided Vibrant UX provides subscription-based website design services. Our Services include website design, development, maintenance, and support, as outlined on our website or agreed upon in writing.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Vibrant UX operates on a subscription model with flat-rate pricing plans.
• Payment is required in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.
• You are responsible for providing content (text, images, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
• You must not use our Services for any illegal or prohibited activities.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and other deliverables created by Vibrant UX remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for your business purposes.
• We reserve the right to showcase our work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Modifications and Revisions

• Unlimited revisions are included in the subscription.
